Bringing two leading cosmetics brands essence and catrice into one of the UK’s biggest retail names has been an exciting project for the eXPD8 Beauty team. Working in partnership with SCL, we’ve been proud to support the introduction of these much-loved brands into Primark stores across the UK, ensuring each launch has been executed with precision, care, and a true understanding of retail dynamics.

Understanding the retail environment and driving value
From day one, our focus was on understanding Primark’s distinct retail environment, their pace, processes, and priorities. Then finding ways to ensure our field teams fitted in seamlessly. The goal? To demonstrate how our experienced beauty merchandisers can deliver value at every stage, from installation through to ongoing replenishment, while helping to drive cosmetics sales and maintain exceptional brand presentation in-store.

Coordinated installation and replenishment success
Over the past six months, our teams have successfully assisted with the installation and ongoing daily replenishment of a number essence and catrice Cosmetics Hubs. This has been a coordinated effort between our Central Office and field network, ensuring each installation was completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Continuing operational excellence in the next phase
Now, as we plan the next phase of this rollout, and maintaining all existing set-ups our focus remains firmly on delivering operational excellence. From strategic planning to in-store execution, every colleague involved continues to play a vital role in ensuring these leading beauty brands make a lasting impact with Primark customers.
