Hi, I am Nadia the eXPD8 Client Service Controller for Beauty. I have spent my career working with some of the best know brands Gillette, Coke Cola to name a few. During my career, no matter the size of the brands, that “moment of truth” at the fixture is the shop window when all the years of research and development and above the line marketing become one. Merchandising is crucial this and nowhere more so than the Cosmetics fixture. That’s why I love my job, ensuring that we support Clients and Consumers to achieve that flawless look.

I’m the Client Services Manager on the beauty team and have cherished makeup since I was 11! I find makeup application very meditative. My passion for beauty comes from being a qualified Beauty Therapist, with a focus on Organic Skincare and Sustainable Beauty. The dynamic pace of the cosmetics category keeps me busy, as I stay updated on new product launches and collaborate with brands to enhance in-store presentation. Serving as a Cosmetics Ambassador was a highlight, contributing to Range Changes and Time Trials. Now, as the Ambassador Lead, I support our field Ambassadors, feeling like I’ve come full circle.
