At eXPD8 Beauty, we’re proud to celebrate two years of working in partnership with Morrisons, delivering consistent, high‑quality support in‑store to ensure beauty fixtures are maintained, well‑stocked and visually engaging for customers.

2 Years of Strong Performance
Over the past 24 months, our merchandisers have worked hard to maintain excellent coverage across stores nationwide. Despite the usual seasonal challenges, our teams have kept service levels consistently high.

These figures reflect the commitment of our field teams to deliver the very best standards for Morrisons and its customers.

Meeting Challenges Head‑On
We’ve seen partial and non‑compliance figures rising, but it’s important to note that many contributing factors are outside our control. These include:
- Limited product availability
- Restricted deliveries
- Broken fixtures impacting planogram execution
Even with these challenges, we’ve remained focused on delivering as much as possible within store constraints.
Improvements in Gap Management
Since the introduction of the auto‑ordering process in October, we saw a significant reduction in fixture gaps. However, from January onwards, gaps began to rise again due to limited deliveries and the absence of in‑store Gap Scanning, which has restricted visibility on replenishment needs. As such eXPD8 have completed two phases of ‘Gap Scan Trials’ across 10 & 20 stores respectively, where our merchandising team have utilised there eXPD8 provided tablets to record data of the fully out of stock lines, allowing us to report this back to Morrisons Head Office, resulting in deliveries into store. As a result of these trials we saw a reduction of 41% and 71% respectively.

This milestone with Morrisons highlights not only the consistency of our delivery but also the adaptability and dedication of our field teams in overcoming challenges. As we move forward, we continue to collaborate closely with Morrisons, seeking ways to further improve compliance, availability, and in‑store execution.
