Brief:
To walk in the Range Change kit, update the fixture with new parts and POS, remove discontinued items and new products and POS
Our response:
Ahead of the update our Beauty team worked closely with brand and retailer ahead one of their largest updates of the year within the busy Summer period.
This involved testing prototype kits and instructions, overseeing kit distribution and planning all visits within the retailers 1 week visit window.
Throughout the update eXPD8 kept both the retailer and brand closely informed with progress, giving regular updates on coverage, compliance and availability levels for new products to promote maximum sales of the new product lines.
